United Government Solutions (UGS) is an SBA Mentor Protégé 8(a) Joint Venture formed between S&K Mission Support, LLC (SKMS) and Cimarron Software Solutions Inc.
Cimarron is a technology and engineering services company with a proven history of providing high-quality technical services to NASA, the DoD, other U.S. Government agencies and global commercial customers through both prime and subcontractor roles. Their core competencies include software engineering development, integration, testing, systems engineering, flight hardware design, assembly, integration and testing, and Mission Operations.
Cimarron’s acquisition of Watring Technologies, Inc. (WTI) in 2021 expanded their capabilities and customer relationships. As a trusted member of the Huntsville, Alabama community WTI has been providing hardware design and manufacture, systems engineering and test, and R&D prototyping to their Aerospace and Defense customers since 1997.
